1. Currently, numbers of girls are increasing who are coming far from rural areas for training and education purposes. Hence, a requirement is felt to increase scope of Hostel facilities for those girls who are coming for training. The current hostel is accommodating girls of all age group which creating many complexity and many a time difficult to handle Such situations are leading to suffer girl’s education and training. Therefore, an urgent requirement has been arisen to construct a separate hostel building for elder girls who are coming for training. Planning has been done to do conduction of total 34111 sq. ft. and building plan has ready. The process of getting permission of municipality for construction has been initiated. However, the financial (economic) aid for construction is looking forward.
2. Government of Gujarat has been given land to our institute in three different First, 1500 sq. mt. land was allotted to us for girl’s hostel, second time 5500 sq. mt. land was given for school building and play ground and last third time 2310 sq. mt land was given in year of 2011 where we have planned to construct two buildings one for training and second for new hostel for ladies.

      For this both the buildings plan has been ready but waiting for municipality permission for construction and financial aids from the generous people of our society.

1. Since, our ultimate goal is to be holistic development of the children, for this skill of the individual, expertise in computer, effective communication and ease in English language one has to consider throughout the education and training. For this, an Interactive e-learning terminal is needed to develop various skills of the candidates for their overall development. The Interactive terminal is a satellite-based e-learning platform that helps children to learn with interactive multimedia content through various features like; live instruction, Video content delivery, Student-to-student interactions (video conferencing), Remote test administration, Up-to-date materials and Self-learning. This terminal will be connected with various institutes of central and state level so distance education can be done by expert faculties through advanced tele- education satellite Hence; students from the most remote areas of the country will have access to the same faculties as students in Delhi and other metro cities. Teachers and instructors may also take advantage of the technology to interact with their peers, students, and parents using email and social media. Thus, this interactive terminal will very useful to reaching our ultimate goal. The financial/ economic aid is requiring for this interactive terminal.
2. The physical education in the school needs to emphasize for active participation in various sports competition at the state and national level. The physical education is also essential for the overall development of the child. Hence, to achieve this goal, a financial aid is requiring for purchasing modern equipment’s for the various sports in the school.
3. Skill development of domestic woman workers of Gandhinagar and Ahmadabad: The skill development through short term training courses of those women, whose livelihood depends on domestic work (household chores) are very much essential in Gandhinagar and Ahmadabad cities. This kind of skill development training will bring professional work skills and efficiency of domestic work in the domestic woman workers will create more demand of such jobs which help to do safe and secure placement of such worker with appropriate honors. Hence, such short-term training courses like; Domestic Workers: Child Caretaker, Elderly Caretaker (Non-Clinical), General Housekeeper, Housekeeper cum cook, Housekeeping Attendant (Manual Cleaning), Guest House Caretaker, Housekeeping Executive can be start for house, office and guesthouse

The implementation of this plan in Gandhinagar and Ahmadabad will require appropriate space and financial aid.

An Interactive e-learning terminal is needed to develop various skills in the field of computer knowledge, communication in English, personality development, and effective presentation of the candidates for their overall development. Since, our ultimate goal is to be holistic development of the children, for this skill of the individual, computer expertise and comfort in English one has to consider training along with formal education.
